I was trying out a few vintage actions on deviantart and I noticed most of them were too harsh and overdid the vintage-feel. So i created a more subtle vintage action that hopefully you will enjoy. C:

As with any actions, it may need some tinkering due to the fact that all pictures are not created equal. I tested this action with a lot of different pictures and all the pictures had satisfactory results C:

Tips: MAKE SURE THE IMAGE IS FLATTENED BEFORE PLAYING THE ACTION. It'll turn out wonky if you don't.
You might want to Auto Color your images first too. If the end result is too dark, duplicate the layer and set the new layer to "screen", and change the opacity of that layer to your needs.
